Highlights
This CJ1 had a full-scope Cessna/Textron Mesa, AZ prebuy last August with complete resolution of all squawks and only about 50 hours since the inspection. The CJ1 has both ADS-B In & Out, which makes it nice for SP operations using Foreflight or Garmin apps. It has the belted potty seat, and shows very well both inside and out. It is a NON-TAP aircraft, but for low-utilization buyers that is very desirable, as it still has 1200 hours to go before overhauls are due. If an owner flies less than 150 hrs/year, he/she still pays Williams/TAP for 150 hrs. If they fly 100 hours/year, that’s still 12 years of flying without the $50K annual minimum payment to TAP, so they save $600K, and the aircraft will still have significant value even when run-out!
